Following a development evaluation, the Case Conference Committee will determine special education eligibility. Developmentally appropriate programming will be determined by the case conference committee. Services are provided by a certified teacher of blind and low vision and other trained staff.
Blind and low vision is defined as a disability that even with the best correction affects the student’s ability to use vision for learning, which adversely affects the student’s educational performance.
